Location: Dundalk HQ (Hybrid)

Reports To: People Operations Manager

Job Description:

The People Operations Administrator plays a key role within the People Operations function, supporting the effective delivery of HR administration, employee lifecycle processes, HR systems management and reporting across BOYLE Sports.

Working within a fast\-paced and operationally complex environment, the role is responsible for maintaining accurate employee data, supporting HR compliance processes, coordinating onboarding and offboarding activity, supporting payroll\-related administration and ensuring a high standard of service delivery to employees, managers and the wider People team.

The role acts as a key point of contact for employee and manager queries while also supporting wider People projects, process improvements, reporting requirements and HR systems activities across multiple business areas and jurisdictions.

The successful candidate will work closely with People Business Partners, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, L\&D, Reward, Operations and line managers to support efficient and compliant people processes across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and administer employee records across HR systems ensuring accuracy, integrity and GDPR compliance at all times.

  • Support the administration of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, contractual changes, transfers and offboarding processes.

  • Coordinate and process new starter documentation, system set up and onboarding administration.

  • Support critical People Operation processes which impact payroll, including employee changes, absence tracking, benefits administration and maintaining accurate employee data and reporting.

  • Support the administration and monitoring of annual leave, sickness absence, maternity leave and other employee leave processes.

  • Produce and maintain HR reports, people metrics and data analysis to support operational and business requirements.

  • Support managers and employees with HR systems queries and process guidance.

  • Assist with HR compliance administration including right to work documentation, probation tracking, policy acknowledgements and employee records management.

  • Support employee benefits administration including pension, healthcare and Death in Service\-related processes.

  • Assist with maintaining and improving People Operations workflows, trackers and administrative processes.

  • Support HR audits, compliance reviews and reporting requirements as required.

  • Assist with HR Support system implementation, testing, process improvement and system enhancement projects.

  • Support the wider People team with administration relating to employee relations, organisational changes, restructures and business projects where required.

  • Build effective working relationships with managers and stakeholders across multiple business functions.

  • Ensure a professional, responsive and employee\-focused approach to all People Operations activities.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working within a busy HR, People Operations or HR administration environment would be considered an asset.

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when working with employee data and reporting.

  • Experience working with HR systems and reporting tools would be considered an asset.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.

  • Good understanding of HR processes and employment legislation would be preferred.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and reporting tools would be preferred

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.

  • Experience supporting payroll or benefits administration would be advantageous.

  • Experience working within a multi\-site or operational environment would be beneficial.
