Salary: £competitive DOE

Term: 5 months FTC – with possibility of extension

Location: Glasgow – hybrid/flexible – 2\-3 days min in office

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a People Integration Consultant to support a major business integration programme and help deliver a positive colleague experience during a period of organisational change.

The role will be responsible for keeping people\-related integration activity on track, coordinating key deliverables, maintaining project documentation and supporting effective governance across the colleague workstream.

This role would suit an HR, people or project coordination professional with experience in TUPE, employee relations, organisational change, consultation activity or business integrations, who enjoys building relationships, keeping activity organised and providing practical colleague\-focused support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of colleague consultation and engagement activities.

  • Coordinate colleague communications, briefings and information updates.

  • Act as a key contact for colleague questions and feedback, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

  • Support employee representative arrangements, including elections and ongoing coordination.

  • Develop and maintain FAQs, communication materials and consultation documentation.

  • Coordinate meetings, workshops and engagement sessions with colleagues and stakeholders.

  • Manage documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Support the preparation and quality assurance of colleague correspondence and transfer\-related documentation.

  • Build strong working relationships with managers, employee representatives and programme stakeholders.

  • Provide general support across integration and change activities as required.

About You

Essential Experience

  • Experience in HR, TUPE, role with a good understanding of employment law.

  • Experience supporting organisational change, employee engagement or consultation activities.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy.

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working at pace across multiple priorities.

Desirable Experience
  • Experience supporting business integrations, mergers or acquisitions.

  • Experience working with employee representatives or trade unions.

  • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
