Location: Hybrid, with required attendance at Manchester Metropolitan University
Salary: £20,000 (starting) \+ benefits
Contract: Full\-time (2 year programme)
Responsibilities
You’ll be embedded within our business, supporting real HR activity from day one. As you grow, your responsibilities will evolve to include:
- Supporting employee relations and HR processes
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and talent development
- Contributing to wellbeing, engagement, and inclusion initiatives
- Helping managers with people\-related challenges
- Using data and insight to improve employee experience and performance
- This is a hands\-on role where you’ll learn how HR directly impacts business success and employee satisfaction.

- Qualification: CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management
- Professional Recognition: Eligibility for Associate Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development
- Study Format: Blended learning with required university attendance in Manchester
Entry requirements
- CIPD Level 3 Foundation Qualification or equivalent qualification (104 UCAS points). Non\-standard entry routes available.
- 18 months exposure to people management practices.
