About the job
We’re looking for an organised, proactive and dependable all\-rounder to help keep our agency running like clockwork. If you enjoy variety, love solving problems and want to play a part in how a business really works behind the scenes, this could be the perfect role for you.
This role will be office based 3 days a week (Tuesday \- Thursday) \- £18,000 per annum.
What You’ll do
Working across Finance, HR and Operations, no two days will be the same. From supporting people and processes to helping the business stay organised and efficient, you’ll play a key role in making things happen.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career who wants to build broad, hands\-on experience across multiple business functions in a growing agency. You’ll gain exposure to everything from people operations and business administration to finance processes, while developing valuable commercial and professional skills along the way.
You’ll report to our FinOps Manager and receive ongoing mentoring and development support from our Chief People Officer, giving you the guidance and opportunities to grow your career as you learn.
