We are seeking a talented and innovative Senior People Analytics Professional to join our team in Dublin. This role is critical in scaling and customizing reporting solutions for Talent Management, Talent Development, and Talent Acquisition Centers of Excellence (CoEs). The ideal candidate will have advanced analytical skills, including statistical analysis and predictive modeling, and a proven track record in providing actionable insights to drive better talent management decisions.

Your Skills and Qualifications

<li style="color: rgb(52, 73, 94); font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Proven experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools, particularly Tableau, PowerBI, in particular knowledge of R/Python within an IDE for statistical analysis and insights</li>
