The Opportunity
We’re looking for organised, proactive administrators to support our brilliant Onboarding team. You’ll be part of a busy, fast‑paced environment where accuracy, efficiency and teamwork really matter.

This role focuses on onboarding administration, with some recruitment support included. If you enjoy problem‑solving, keeping things running smoothly, and working with a wide range of people, this could be your ideal next step.

What You’ll Be Doing* Managing queries and stakeholder relationships, ensuring fast, high‑quality responses

• Preparing documentation and job advert postings to a professional standard


• Building trust with candidates and colleagues through clear communication


• Taking ownership of your workload within our HR case management system


• Monitoring HR systems for updates on checks, onboarding progress and recruitment activity


• Working closely with wider People Services teams to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers

What We’re Looking For* Strong administrative background

• A commitment to excellent customer service


• Confident IT skills across Microsoft Office and HR systems


• Great organisational ability and a calm approach under pressure


• Strong communicator with a positive, proactive attitude


• Someone who enjoys working independently and as part of a supportive team
