Pension Sales Director
This is a rare and unique opportunity for an experienced and commercially driven Sales Director to land a high profile role driving strategic growth and securing complex and high value client wins.
The Role You will be responsible for building and converting a strong pipeline of opportunities within the DB Pensions market, particularly around run on schemes and large administration projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans across the DB Pensions market
- Building relationships with professional trustees, advisers, TPEs and key industry stakeholders
- Leading complex outsourcing sales processes from origination through to contract completion
- Managing long cycle, high value opportunities involving multiple stakeholders
- Leading bid strategy, commercial negotiations and deal structuring
- Collaborating with internal operational, commercial and proposition teams to deliver winning solutions
- Representing the business at industry events and within the wider pensions market
- A proven track record of winning large DB Pensions outsourcing or administration deals
- Strong knowledge of the DB Pensions market and trustee landscape
- An established network across trustees, advisers and industry influencers
- Excellent commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing complex, high-value sales cycles
- The ability to influence and engage at Board and Trustee level
- High visibility role within a growing business
