PCN Operations & Training Co-ordinator
Cygnet PCN is looking to recruit an organised, proactive and approachable individual to support the ongoing development of the Network across workforce, training and operational activities.
This is a varied and flexible role, working closely with the Network Manager and engaging with practices across the PCN. The successful candidate will help coordinate staff training and development, support workforce processes, improve ways of working and assist with communications and operational organisation across the Network.
We are looking for someone who is confident using their initiative, enjoys building positive working relationships and is comfortable managing a varied workload across different priorities. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft Office, Outlook and MS Teams are essential. Experience supporting website updates or maintaining digital content would also be beneficial.
The role offers a mixture of remote and practice\-based working across the PCN footprint and would suit someone who enjoys collaborative working whilst also being able to work independently.
· Supporting recruitment processes,
· Coordinating staff training, PLT events and workforce records,
· Assisting with workforce administration and HR\-related processes,
· Supporting internal communications and staff engagement,
· Helping develop and improve operational processes across the PCN,
· Providing general operational support to the Network Manager.
Previous experience within primary care, healthcare administration, workforce support or operational coordination would be advantageous.
This is a fixed\-term position for 12 months initially, with the potential for the role to be extended and developed further in the future.
