About the role:

As a Payroll Implementation Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering end\-to\-end payroll solutions that make a real impact on our clients’ operations. You will be responsible for leading the full implementation lifecycle—combining both functional expertise and technical know\-how to ensure successful project outcomes.

Which tasks can you expect?

• Lead end\-to\-end payroll implementations, owning both the functional and technical delivery for our clients.


• Partner closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into scalable, high\-impact solutions.


• Configure and tailor payroll systems to fit each client’s requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other business platforms.


• Drive functional testing and validation, guaranteeing accuracy, compliance, and a smooth payroll process from start to finish.

• \+5 years of experience implementing ERP payroll solutions.


• Strong expertise in payroll processes, accounting, and labor regulations, combined with hands\-on experience in system configuration and customization.


• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.


• Experience with Integrho will be a strong advantage.


• Background in implementing time \& attendance solutions or HCM systems is a plus.


• Spanish is essentialand fluency in English.
