As a Payroll Executive, you'll handle the day-to-day administration of payroll for a range of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance. This role is key to helping the business deliver a reliable and efficient service to its clients.

Our client is based in Portsmouth, and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the Payroll team is looking for additional support.
Description
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and legislation.
- Handle payroll queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
- Assist with payroll reporting and reconciliation tasks.
- Support the implementation of updates to payroll systems and processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Stay informed on changes to payroll legislation and industry standards.
A successful Payroll Executive should have:
- Experience in payroll processing and administration.
- A good understanding of payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Salary ranging from £29,000 to £32,000 dependent on the level of experience.
- Permanent position.
