An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Temporary to Permanent Payroll Administrator to provide cover within a busy and supportive team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Processing two monthly payrolls, including hours, overtime, SSP, holiday pay and bonuses.

  • Managing payroll data, cut-off periods and estimated hours calculations.

  • Posting payroll journals and supporting payroll-related accounting entries.

  • Monitoring the time and attendance system, investigating absences and missed clock-ins.

  • Acting as a liaison between employees and external HR advisors, while supporting general office administration.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous payroll experience, ideally processing monthly payrolls.

  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with payroll systems.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deal with employees at all levels.

  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
