Responsibilities:
As a Part-Time Payroller you will be…
- Process end-to-end payroll on a weekly and/or monthly basis using Sage 50 Payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including starters, leavers, and changes
- Calculate statutory payments including SSP, SMP, and other deductions
- Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and payroll legislation
- Submit RTI reports and liaise with HMRC where required
- Reconcile payroll reports and assist with month-end processes
- Manage pension contributions and liaise with pension providers
- Respond to payroll-related queries from employees in a timely manner
As a Part-Time Payroller you will need…
- Previous experience within a Payroll or Payroller role
- Experience using Sage 50 Payroll
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and HMRC requirements
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good organisational and time management skills
