Patient Sales Consultant
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a motivated and results\-driven Patient Sales Consultant to join a leading hair restoration clinic in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced consultative sales professional who thrives in a target\-focused, patient\-centred environment.
In this role, you will guide patients through their journey from initial enquiry to confirmed procedure booking, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way. You will play a key role in clinic growth by delivering exceptional patient experiences while consistently achieving sales targets.
Working closely with the clinical team, you will conduct consultations, explain treatment options clearly, and build strong relationships with prospective patients through professionalism, empathy, and trust.
Responsibilities
- Respond to new patient enquiries promptly and professionally
- Conduct structured consultations and present treatment plans clearly and confidently
- Build rapport and establish trust with prospective patients
- Follow up proactively with leads to maximise booking conversions
- Achieve and exceed individual monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and patient documentation
- Coordinate treatment schedules alongside clinical teams
- Deliver a high standard of patient care and communication throughout the sales journey
- Contribute to overall clinic performance and revenue growth
- Proven experience in high\-value consultative or sales\-focused roles
- Previous experience within private healthcare, cosmetic, aesthetics, or medical sales is highly desirable
- Strong closing and objection\-handling skills
- Patient\-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Self\-motivated, ambitious, and target\-driven
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple active leads effectively
