Contract: Full\-time

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday on a rota basis with 1 week of early shifts 8:30\-17:00 and 1 week of late shifts 10:30\-19:00


• One shorter working Saturday per month

Yorkshire Dental Suite is a leading dental clinic recognised for exceptional patient care and service standards. We are seeking a confident and professional Front of House to ensure our patients receive luxury service, every step of the way.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, thrives in a busy environment, and understands the importance of delivering a consistently excellent patient experience.

Your Role

As Front of House, you will play a key part in the smooth day\-to\-day running of the clinic.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression


• Managing reception and maintaining a professional front\-of\-house environment


• Handling incoming calls, bookings, and patient enquiries


• Coordinating clinician diaries to support efficient clinic flow


• Processing payments and completing administrative tasks


• Supporting the clinical team to ensure an outstanding patient journey

We are looking for someone who:

• Communicates confidently and professionally


• Is customer\-focused and takes pride in service excellence


• Remains organised and calm in a fast\-paced environment


• Has strong attention to detail


• Brings a positive and proactive attitude


• Has previous reception or customer service experience face to face (healthcare experience is an advantage but not essential)
