Patient Coordinator - Private Health Clinic (Weekends Essential)

We're a private blood testing and hormone clinic in Halifax, and we care as much about how a visit feels as what's in the results.

We're looking for a patient coordinator to own the front of house \- greeting people, making the clinic feel calm and premium, guiding patients through what we offer and booking them in. You'll also be trained to take bloods, fully funded, if you aren't already.

If you've been a treatment coordinator in aesthetics or dentistry, a membership consultant, or front of house somewhere people spend money on themselves, you already know most of this job.

The days: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 9:30am to 2:30pm. Both weekend days are essential. Optional fifth day available.

You'll be right for this if you enjoy talking to people, notice when someone looks nervous, and are comfortable asking "shall I get you booked in?" without it feeling like a sale.

Pay: £14\.00 per hour, plus a performance bonus.
