Duties

  • Manage patient appointments by scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming upcoming visits with accuracy and enthusiasm

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients via phone, email, or in person, providing friendly and clear communication

  • Collect and verify patient information, ensuring all records are complete, accurate, and up\-to\-date

  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to facilitate smooth patient flow and timely service delivery

  • Assist patients with enquiries regarding treatments in a professional manner

  • Maintain organised administrative records using office software and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

  • Focus on retention of existing patients

  • Follow up patients

  • Support the clinic’s daily operations by handling incoming correspondence and managing appointment reminders
Qualifications
  • Previous experience of working in an aesthetics, healthcare or dental industry is highly preferred to ensure smooth handling of administrative tasks

  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

  • Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple schedules efficiently

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail

  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel

  • Ability to remain calm and positive under pressure during busy periods
