About the Role: As a Pastoral Support Worker within an SEN school, your role will focus heavily on supporting students’ emotional wellbeing, behaviour and engagement throughout the school day. • Working closely with Teachers, LSAs and wider pastoral teams

  • Supporting students both inside and outside of the classroom environment

The schools offer an incredibly supportive environment with small class sizes of no more than 4 students per class, allowing staff to provide consistent and meaningful support. Every class has a Teacher alongside either an LSA or Pastoral team member at all times.

Requirements: • Previous SEN, SEMH, behaviour or pastoral experience is highly desirable
