Parts Supervisor

As a Parts Supervisor in Norwich, you'll play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day running of the parts department-supporting customers, supervising operations, and ensuring the smooth supply of parts across agricultural machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Parts Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading daily operations:

• Supervise the day-to-day running of the parts department


• Deliver excellent customer service face-to-face, over the telephone, and via email


• Support and motivate the parts team to achieve targets and maintain standards


• Accurately identify and supply parts to customers and technicians


• Manage stock control, deliveries, and inventory accuracy


• Process invoices and maintain accurate records


• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations


• Support showroom sales and assist with product enquiries

What we're looking for:

To succeed as a Parts Supervisor, you'll need:

• Previous experience in a Parts Supervisor, Parts Advisor, or similar role


• Background in automotive, plant, HGV, crane, agricultural, or machinery sectors


• Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills


• Good IT skills and confidence with systems and email


• Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills


• Ability to work in a busy environment


• A proactive and professional approach


• Full UK driving licence
