About the role We’re looking for a motivated Parts Sales Executive to join our TPS team. You’ll be responsible for driving sales, delivering outstanding customer service, and building strong, long-term relationships with trade customers.
Key responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Achieve sales targets and maximise revenue opportunities</li>
<li>Accurately identify and supply parts to meet customer needs</li>
<li>Promote products and identify upselling opportunities</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular contact</li>
<li>Deliver expert advice and a high level of customer service</li>
<li>Handle enquiries, orders, and customer issues professionally</li>
<li>Work closely with the wider team to meet business goals</li>
</ul>
About you
<ul>
<li>Previous sales or parts/distribution experience (or a fast-paced telesales environment)</li>
<li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills</li>
<li>Customer-focused with a proactive approach to sales</li>
<li>Good IT skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>A team player with a professional attitude</li>
</ul>
