We are looking for an experienced and driven Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department within a fast‑paced Land Rover dealership. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring efficient operations, strong commercial performance, and exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Parts Department Management — Overseeing all day‑to‑day operations of the Parts Department to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Stock \& Inventory Control — Maintaining optimal stock levels, monitoring usage, and ensuring accurate inventory control.
- Sales Performance \& Profitability — Tracking parts sales, identifying growth opportunities, and driving departmental profitability.
- Workshop Support — Providing timely and accurate parts supply to the Service Department to maximise productivity.
- Supplier Relationships — Developing strong supplier partnerships and negotiating terms where appropriate.
- Warranty \& Compliance — Managing warranty returns, ensuring manufacturer compliance, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Invoicing \& Reporting — Ensuring accurate invoicing, conducting stock audits, and completing required reporting procedures.
- Customer Service — Delivering excellent service to both trade and retail customers at all times.
- Motor Industry Experience — Previous experience as a Parts Manager or Parts Advisor.
- Automotive Parts Knowledge — Strong understanding of parts operations and inventory management processes.
- Leadership \& Communication — Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Commercial Awareness — A strong focus on profitability, efficiency, and departmental performance.
- Fast‑Paced Environment — Ability to thrive in a busy dealership environment.
- IT \& DMS Skills — Confident using stock management and dealer systems.
- Experience with Land Rover systems, Autoview, Kerridge, or similar DMS platforms is advantageous but not essential.
Pay: €40,000\.00\-€50,000\.00 per year
