Parts Advisor
We are currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor on behalf of our client, a reputable multi-franchise approved car dealership based in Swindon.

- Working hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:00am to 12:00pm (paid as overtime)
- Receiving, checking, and accurately storing incoming stock daily
- Picking, packing, and dispatching parts and accessories promptly and accurately
- Ordering parts and accessories in accordance with dealership procedures under the guidance of the Parts Manager
- Maintaining comprehensive records and filing systems for departmental accuracy
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and dealership standards
- Providing excellent customer service by responding professionally and efficiently to customer enquiries
- Assisting colleagues within the parts department and contributing to team goals
- Previous automotive parts experience is preferred but not essential, as strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail are vital
- Experience working in vehicle stores, warehousing, or similar roles is advantageous
- A proactive, target-driven attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to respond professionally and efficiently to customer needs
- Self-motivated with a desire to develop within the automotive industry
