Accountabilities:

  • Source, negotiate, and close strategic OEM partnerships from initial outreach through signed agreements

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing partners to ensure ongoing success and value creation

  • Identify opportunities to expand partnerships through additional products and revenue streams

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams to deliver partner commitments and improve platform capabilities

  • Contribute to the development and optimisation of partnership processes and operational playbooks, including leveraging AI-driven workflows

  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, events, and panel discussions

  • Support the scaling of partnership operations within a rapidly evolving climate tech ecosystem

Requirements


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, consulting, or related strategic commercial roles

  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage technical and executive stakeholders across international organizations

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities

  • Ability to navigate commercial, technical, and legal discussions confidently

  • Proven problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, with experience managing complex projects independently

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments with a hands-on mindset

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Based in Europe and available to work within CET time zone ±3 hours

  • Interest or experience in renewable energy, electric vehicles, smart energy hardware, APIs, or B2B software environments is highly valued

  • Familiarity with AI tools and workflows to improve productivity and operational efficiency is considered a plus
