Our DACH footprint, Germany, Austria and Switzerland, is one of our fastest\-growing regions, and we need someone who can speak to merchants, agencies and affiliate networks there in their own language and context. Joining our Partnership Team, you'll be the person who builds and owns those relationships, turning Shoparize's technology and data into growth for DACH merchants and for us.
Description
The role
As Partnership Manager for the DACH region, you'll manage and grow a portfolio of German\-speaking accounts while identifying and closing new partnerships across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You'll work from our Amsterdam office, representing Shoparize as a trusted e\-commerce partner and brand ambassador within the DACH e\-commerce community.
What you'll own
- Managing and growing existing accounts: build strong relationships and provide exceptional support to your DACH key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
- Developing new partnerships: identify and pursue new opportunities, engaging with merchants, marketing agencies, affiliate networks and other stakeholders across the DACH e\-commerce industry.
- Being a Shoparize brand ambassador: represent Shoparize at DACH industry events and build positive relationships within the local e\-commerce community.
- Continuous self\-development: stay current on industry trends, pursue relevant certifications, and grow into a knowledgeable e\-commerce consultant.
- Collaborating with merchants, agencies, affiliate networks and internal teams to improve revenue, performance and overall satisfaction.
Role
What we're looking for
- A proven track record in partnerships or business development, preferably within e\-commerce (minimum 2 years).
- Strong relationship\-building skills and the ability to effectively manage key accounts.
- Native or fluent German, with excellent English; additional languages are a plus.
- An analytical mindset with a genuine interest in the e\-commerce landscape.
- A goal\-oriented, entrepreneurial approach to building a new market.
- Willingness to obtain certifications and complete courses to build your expertise.
- Already a resident of the Netherlands, this role is based at our Amsterdam office.
- Familiarity with Google Shopping and the Partner CSS program.
- An existing network among DACH merchants, agencies or affiliate networks.
- Prior experience selling into or working within the German, Austrian or Swiss markets.
- A base salary of €50,000\-€55,000 gross per year, plus a bonus structure based on results.
- A seat on our Partnership Team, working alongside colleagues who sell products that deliver measurable results.
