<p>The Partner Success Manager, Premium Products will own the day-to-day success, performance, and experience of CLEAR’s Premium Products partnerships. This role is critical in onboarding new partners, managing ongoing relationships, and driving performance optimization to unlock long-term value for both CLEAR and our partners.</p>

<p><em><strong>What you'll do:</strong></em></p>
<ul>
<li>Own end-to-end partner onboarding and implementation, ensuring seamless launches and strong early performance</li>
<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, managing day-to-day relationships and delivering a high-quality partner experience</li>
<li>Track, analyze, and report on partner performance metrics, identifying opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and retention</li>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Business Development to resolve issues and enhance partner outcomes</li>
<li>Drive continuous optimization by testing, iterating, and implementing process improvements across the partner lifecycle</li>
<li>Up to 10-15% of travel to meet with external partners</li>

<p><em><strong>What you're great at:</strong></em></p>
<ul>
<li data-section-id="vky1ic" data-start="0" data-end="115">2-5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, partnerships, or a similar client-facing role</li>
<li data-section-id="tx4pxb" data-start="116" data-end="219">Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple partners simultaneously</li>
<li data-section-id="i9jr46" data-start="220" data-end="315">Analytical mindset, with comfort using data to track performance and identify opportunities</li>
<li data-section-id="2t195i" data-start="316" data-end="419">Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams</li>
<li data-section-id="1m5e7uv" data-start="420" data-end="509" data-is-last-node="">Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, with a bias for action and ownership</li>

The base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $140,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.</p>
<p><em>The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units.</em></p>
