Partner Marketing Manager
Experience
- 3–6 years in partner marketing, product marketing, or demand generation roles
- Experience in B2B SaaS or digital solutions
- Exposure to sales\-led environments
- Strong execution capability (campaigns, content, coordination)
- Good understanding of product and solutions marketing fundamentals
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (HubSpot, CRM, CMS, analytics)
- Budget m anagement
- Startup mentality — takes ownership and moves fast
- Hands\-on executor — comfortable doing as well as coordinating
- Self\-sufficient — able to operate with autonomy
- Proactive — identifies opportunities and acts on them
- Commercial mindset — understands how marketing drives revenue
- Fluent in English (mandatory)

- Willingness to travel across EMEA as needed
We are looking for a hands\-on, proactive Partner Marketing Manager to support the go\-to\-market and growth of strategic partner solutions across EMEA, with a focus on a new product named: ARKANCE Egnyte.
Reporting to the Product and Services Marketing Director, you will play a key role in executing the GTM strategy, working closely with partners, sales, services, and marketing teams to drive adoption and revenue.
This role requires a startup mindset, you will act as the main marketing point of contact for the partner solution, taking ownership of execution while leveraging the broader marketing team for support.
You will be expected to be self\-sufficient, hands\-on, and results\-driven, contributing across positioning, campaigns, and sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities

1\. GTM Execution
- Support the execution of the GTM strategy defined at EMEA level
- Contribute to launch planning and rollout across EMEA
- Ensure alignment between marketing, sales, services, and partners
- Act as the main marketing point of contact for strategic partners ( Egnyte )
- Coordinate joint initiatives between A RKANCE and par tners including:
- campaigns
- messaging
- events
- Ensure alignment between partner inputs and ARKANCE priorities
- Man age the part ner marketing funding requests and repor ting
- Support the development of:
- messaging
- value proposition
- use cases
- Translate partner solutions into clear customer value
- Contribute to market research and competitive analysis for partner solutions and the associated ARKANC E valu e propos ition
- Execute targeted campaigns (ABM, digital, events)
- Coordinate with EMEA and local marketing teams for:
- campaign delivery
- content creation
- Manage and optimise:
- landing pages
- email campaigns
- lead generation activities
- Create and maintain :
- pitch decks
- one\-pagers
- sales playbooks
- ROI tools
- Support sales teams with:
- training
- demo preparation
- key deal support
- Track and report on key KPIs:
- lead generation and con version to opportunity
- pipeline contribution
- campaign performance
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve results
- Support additional partner and product marketing initiatives as needed, in line with business priorities
