<p><span data-contrast="none">Are you ready to help shape partner marketing in a fast-growing, international company? As </span><strong><span data-contrast="none">Partner Marketing Expert</span></strong><span data-contrast="none">, you’ll take ownership of strategic partner marketing programs that drive partner engagement, joint demand generation, and revenue growth.</span> </p>
<p><span data-contrast="none">This is an experienced individual contributor role, not a people management role. You’ll bring expertise, mentor and support colleagues where needed, and stay hands-on in planning, execution, reporting, and optimisation.</span> </p>
<p><span data-contrast="none">You’ll work closely with Sales, Partner, Product, and Marketing teams to develop and manage partner marketing programs across Lucanet’s partner network. You’ll be responsible for driving joint marketing initiatives, enabling partners, improving partner engagement, and increasing brand visibility through partner channels.</span> </p>

<li data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="2"><strong><span data-contrast="none">Stakeholder Management:</span></strong><span data-contrast="none"> Manage planning and relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on program progress, priorities, and results. Strong alignment with Sales is essential.</span> </li>
<li data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="2"><strong><span data-contrast="none">Partner Marketing Programs:</span></strong><span data-contrast="none"> Develop partner marketing programs that align with business objectives, strengthen partner collaboration, and support pipeline and revenue growth.</span> </li>
<li data-aria-posinset="3" data-aria-level="2"><strong><span data-contrast="none">Campaign Execution:</span></strong><span data-contrast="none"> Plan, execute, and optimise partner campaigns, events, webinars, workshops, and programs to drive demand generation and increase brand visibility through partner channels.</span> </li>
<li data-aria-posinset="4" data-aria-level="2"><strong><span data-contrast="none">Joint Marketing & Co-Selling:</span></strong><span data-contrast="none"> Collaborate with partners on co-branded campaigns, demand generation activities, and co-selling initiatives.</span> </li>
<li data-aria-posinset="5" data-aria-level="2"><strong><span data-contrast="none">Partner Enablement:</span></strong><span data-contrast="none"> Provide partners with the resources, training, messaging, and marketing collateral they need to promote and sell Lucanet effectively.</span> </li>
<li data-aria-posinset="6" data-aria-level="2"><strong><span data-contrast="none">Partner Portal Ownership:</span></strong><span data-contrast="none"> Own marketing content and enablement assets for the partner portal, including partner resources, campaign materials, and deal registration support.</span> </li>
<li data-aria-posinset="7" data-aria-level="2"><strong><span data-contrast="none">AI-Enabled Marketing:</span></strong><span data-contrast="none"> Use generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, HubSpot AI, or similar to speed up content creation, localise messaging, personalise partner communications, and streamline reporting.</span> </li>
<li data-aria-posinset="8" data-aria-level="2"><strong><span data-contrast="none">Performance Metrics:</span></strong><span data-contrast="none"> Define, track, and report on KPIs including partner-sourced pipeline, partner-influenced pipeline, partner activation rate, MDF utilisation, and time-to-first-deal.</span> </li>
<li data-aria-posinset="9" data-aria-level="2"><strong><span data-contrast="none">Budget Management:</span></strong><span data-contrast="none"> Manage partner marketing budgets and MDF allocations, ensuring efficient use of resources, clear spend guidelines, compliant claims, and ROI reporting.</span> </li>
<li data-aria-posinset="10" data-aria-level="2"><strong><span data-contrast="none">Reporting & Insights:</span></strong><span data-contrast="none"> Analyse campaign and program performance using marketing automation, CRM, ABM, and reporting tools to identify improvements and optimise future activity.</span> </li>
<li data-aria-posinset="11" data-aria-level="2"><strong><span data-contrast="none">Mentoring & Collaboration:</span></strong><span data-contrast="none"> Share expertise, support colleagues, and contribute to best practices across the Field and Partner Marketing team.</span> </li>

<ul>
<li data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="2"><span data-contrast="none">5–6 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, with proven experience in partner, channel, or field marketing.</span> </li>
<li data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="2"><span data-contrast="none">Demonstrated success building and executing partner marketing programs that support pipeline and revenue growth.</span> </li>
<li data-aria-posinset="3" data-aria-level="2"><span data-contrast="none">Experience mentoring, guiding, or supporting colleagues, without needing a formal people management role.</span> </li>
<li data-aria-posinset="4" data-aria-level="2"><span data-contrast="none">Proven experience working closely with Sales teams on shared goals, planning, campaign execution, and reporting.</span> </li>
<li data-aria-posinset="5" data-aria-level="2"><span data-contrast="none">Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, co-marketing, partner enablement, MDF management, ABM, and demand generation.</span> </li>
<li data-aria-posinset="6" data-aria-level="2"><span data-contrast="none">Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.</span> </li>
<li data-aria-posinset="7" data-aria-level="2"><span data-contrast="none">Experience with ABM tools and strategies, ideally including platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase.</span> </li>
<li data-aria-posinset="8" data-aria-level="2"><span data-contrast="none">Confidence using AI tools</span><span data-contrast="none"> for campai</span><span data-contrast="none">gn creation, personalisation, localisation, and reporting, such as HubSpot AI, Gong, Lightdash, or similar.</span> </li>
<li data-aria-posinset="9" data-aria-level="2"><span data-contrast="none">Experience managing budgets and delivering multi-channel marketing programs in a cross-functional environment.</span> </li>
<li data-aria-posinset="10" data-aria-level="2"><span data-contrast="none">Proactive, adaptable, and skilled at building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.</span> </li>
<li data-aria-posinset="11" data-aria-level="2"><span data-contrast="none">Excellent communication skills in English.</span> </li>
