Accountabilities:
- Own the end-to-end launch process for new enterprise gym partners, ensuring operational readiness, timeline alignment, and cross-team coordination.
- Develop and maintain standardized partner launch playbooks to ensure consistent and scalable rollout across gym networks.
- Design and deliver onboarding and enablement programs for gym trainers and managers, including training sessions, scripts, and activation materials.
- Coordinate in-gym activation initiatives such as QR campaigns, trainer-led demos, and member engagement activities.
- Monitor partner adoption and performance metrics, including member penetration, engagement, and retention trends.
- Build and maintain partner performance dashboards to track rollout progress and success indicators.
- Gather structured feedback from partners and collaborate with product teams to support continuous product improvement.
- Optimize and refine launch and activation processes to support scalable expansion across multi-location gym networks.
Requirements
- Strong experience in project or operational management with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
- Proven background in managing enterprise clients, strategic partnerships, or multi-location business relationships.
- Ability to design and implement scalable operational frameworks, playbooks, and repeatable processes.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking performance metrics and driving data-informed improvements.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments involving product, marketing, operations, and engineering teams.
- Exposure to franchise models, multi-site businesses, or distributed operational networks is highly valuable.
- Experience launching or driving adoption of digital products through frontline teams is strongly preferred.
- Background in fitness, wellness, health-tech, or consumer subscription products is a plus.
