Partner Growth Director
As Partner Growth Director at Spenn, you play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth with both new and existing partners. You are responsible for owning and expanding Spenn’s most important partnerships, delivering measurable value through co\-owned partner roadmaps, commercial planning, and strong relationship management. In this role, you set strategic direction, ensure commercial objectives are achieved, and lead alignment across internal delivery teams.
As a key member of the commercial leadership team, this externally facing, execution\-focused position carries full accountability for the success of Spenn’s strategic partners.

Focus Areas
- Founder Governance \& Portfolio Strategy: Shape and oversee the governance and strategic direction of Spenn’s founding and largest partners
- Strategic Ecosystem Expansion: Drive the growth and diversification of Spenn’s partner ecosystem, ensuring balance and long\-term value
- Internal Leadership, Alignment \& Operating Model: Lead internal alignment, develop the partner growth operating model, and ensure effective cross\-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and own the strategic direction for top\-tier partners, including business plans, account plans, and execution roadmaps
- Lead cross\-functional planning, governance, and quarterly business reviews with key partners
- Drive commercial outcomes by aligning partner activities with Spenn’s revenue and value targets
- Serve as the senior point of contact for partner leadership teams, coordinating C\-level engagement
- Support long\-term value creation through partnership strategy and lead partner acquisition initiatives
- Own and deliver Must Win Battles initiatives impacting partners
- Develop Partner Growth capabilities, role clarity, and operating model
- Act as senior commercial escalation point and coordinate governance forums
Role KPIs
- Year\-on\-year ecosystem value for founding partners
- Overall ecosystem health (shared with Ecosystem Program)
- Delivery of strategic initiatives versus plan
