Part\-Time Web \& Mobile App Developer

We are looking for a reliable, proactive and motivated Web \& Mobile App Developer to support and further develop our existing digital projects.

This is a flexible part\-time, with the potential to develop into a long\-term role with increased responsibility and higher weekly compensation.

What You’ll Work On

The role will involve a combination of:

• Wix website development and maintenance


• Improvements and updates to an existing web platform


• Mobile app development and maintenance


• Troubleshooting and bug fixing


• Reviewing and improving existing code


• Implementing new features and improvements


• Mobile and desktop optimisation


• General technical maintenance


• Working with an existing developer when technical coordination is required

What We’re Looking For

We would ideally like someone with skill and experience with:

• Kotlin Laguages in App


• Wix web development


• Maintaining and improving existing projects


• Debugging and problem solving


• Working with existing codebases


• UI/UX improvements


• Git / version control would be an advantage

Just as importantly, we are looking for someone who is reliable and communicative.

You should be comfortable working independently, keeping us updated on progress and suggesting improvements rather than simply waiting for instructions.

Communication

We do not expect you to be online every day.

However, we would like to agree on regular weekly communication times when we can discuss progress, priorities and any issues that need attention. Time to time personal meeting.

A short weekly progress report will also be expected so that completed work and next steps are always clear.

Compensation \& Growth

Starting rate: €80 per week

This is an initial part\-time arrangement while we get to know each other and assess the working relationship.

We want to reward performance and responsibility rather than simply time spent in the role.

The weekly rate can progressively increase based on:

Quality of work → Reliability → Communication → Technical ability → Independence → Increased responsibility

The starting rate is €80 per week, with room to grow. As your responsibilities increase and you become more involved in the development and maintenance of our web and mobile projects, we are happy to review and increase the weekly rate.

As our projects grow, there is potential for both the role and compensation to grow with them.
