Part\-Time Warehouse Fulfilment and Stock Assistant, Hackney Wick

We are seeking a reliable, detail focused and wine interested Warehouse Fulfilment and Stock Assistant to join our team on a part time basis. This role is based at our warehouse in Hackney Wick and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with wine and wants to be closely involved in the operational side of a wine business. The ideal candidate already has evening time employment.

Working Hours and Commitment

The role is a maximum of 12 hours per week (although usually less) split between 2 or 3 shifts, with a monthly salary of £750\.

Working hours are 10am to 3pm. Tuesday will be a consistent shift, while the rest of the week has flexibility based on the business needs.

Additional Benefits

Monthly wine allowance of £100\.

Role Overview

This position is central to ensuring the smooth running of warehouse operations and order fulfilment. You will be responsible for handling incoming wine deliveries, maintaining accurate stock records and preparing customer orders for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving deliveries of wine and checking stock against delivery paperworkAccurately recording stock into the stock management systemMaintaining precise and organised inventory recordsPrinting and preparing wine labels for outgoing ordersPicking, packing and preparing customer wine ordersEnsuring all outbound shipments are correctly labelled and securely packedMaintaining a clean, organised and efficient warehouse environment

About You

We are looking for someone who is dependable, organised and comfortable working in a structured, hands\-on environment. You should be confident with standard computer systems and workplace technology. A genuine interest in wine is also important, as it supports care and attention when handling stock and customer orders.

Attention to detail is essential, particularly when managing stock accuracy and order fulfilment. Previous experience in warehouse, logistics or fulfilment is beneficial but not essential.
