About Us

Digitally Disruptive is a growing digital marketing agency working with businesses across a range of industries including technology, ecommerce, automotive, leisure and professional services.

We generate leads for both our own brands and our clients through digital marketing campaigns including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO and social media marketing. We are now looking for a confident and friendly telesales person to help follow up inbound leads and generate appointments for our team.

The Role

This is a flexible, part\-time telesales role focused on:

  • Calling warm inbound leads that have completed forms online

  • Re\-contacting older leads already within our database

  • Qualifying opportunities and booking appointments

  • Following up with businesses interested in our services

  • Keeping CRM notes updated after conversations

The role is ideal for somebody looking for flexible hours around school runs or family commitments. We are happy to work around suitable availability.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for somebody who:

  • Is confident speaking on the phone

  • Has a friendly and professional manner

  • Is organised and reliable

  • Can build rapport quickly with people

  • Has good communication skills

  • Is self\-motivated and comfortable working independently

  • Previous telesales, customer service or appointment\-setting experience is beneficial but not essential

Hours \& Flexibility
  • Flexible part\-time hours

  • School\-time working can be accommodated

Pay
  • UK minimum wage

  • Potential bonuses or incentives based on appointments generated and performance

Based in Tarporley, Cheshire.
