Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Part\-Time Supervisor to support the day\-to\-day running of our bakery. This role is ideal for someone with retail or food service experience who enjoys leading by example, delivering great customer service, and supporting a small team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Shop Manager in the smooth daily operation of the bakery
- Supervising staff during shifts and acting as a key holder when required
- Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining Parsons Bakery standards
- Opening and closing the shop in line with company procedures
- Handling cash, tills, and basic administrative duties accurately
- Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and health \& safety standards are followed
- Training and supporting team members to perform at their best
- Managing stock levels, displays, and product availability
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or food service (supervisory experience desirable but not essential)
- Confident, approachable, and able to motivate a team
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
- Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
