Part Time Stock Controller
Location: Hook, Hampshire
Salary: £13.70 per hour
Hours: 18–20 hours per week
An established and growing business based in Hook is seeking a Part-Time Stock Controller to join its team. This is an office-based role offering flexibility around working hours, provided availability includes 11:00am–2:00pm Monday to Friday.
This opportunity would suit someone with stock control, inventory, administration, purchasing, or supply chain experience who is looking for a part-time position within a friendly and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records
- Monitor stock levels and investigate discrepancies
- Update stock information on internal systems
- Liaise with internal departments regarding stock movements and availability
- Assist with inventory reporting and stock analysis
- Support purchasing and replenishment activities where required
- Ensure stock data remains accurate and up to date
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team
Essential:
- Previous administration experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively
- Stock control or inventory management experience
- Experience using stock management, ERP, or warehouse systems
- Previous experience within manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or supply chain environments
