About the Role

We are looking for a creative and reliable person to join Neeko Group on a part\-time basis to support social media, content creation, brand communication, and influencer/community engagement.

The role may include content for Neeko Café and Neeko Group sub\-brands, products, projects, or official collaborations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Create photos, short videos, reels, and TikToks for Neeko Group brands.

  • Plan and post content, write captions, and communicate the brand story, products, atmosphere, and customer experience.

  • Speak with influencers, local creators, and collaborators on behalf of Neeko Group.

  • Arrange collaboration opportunities and support online community engagement.

  • Reply to selected social media messages, comments, and enquiries where appropriate.

  • Bring fresh ideas for seasonal campaigns, new products, events, and storytelling.
Brand Ambassador Requirement

This role includes acting as a brand ambassador for Neeko Group, so the person should be comfortable appearing in content and representing the brand online in a professional and positive way.

Important: While working with Neeko Group, the person must not promote, advertise, or represent any other brands, businesses, cafés, products, or services unless approved by Neeko Group in advance, or unless they are connected to Neeko Group’s own sub\-brands or official collaborations.

Ideal Person

  • Creative, organised, and confident with social media.

  • Comfortable creating content and appearing in videos/photos when needed.

  • Good communication skills, especially with influencers and collaborators.

  • Interested in cafés, lifestyle content, Japanese\-inspired products, tea/matcha culture, cats, and visual storytelling.

  • Previous content creation or social media experience is helpful, but not essential.
Pay \& Working Time

Hourly rate: £15 per hour

Estimated working time: Around 10–15 hours per week or more, depending on content needs and campaign activity
