We are looking for a Part Time Sales Consultant to join our King' s Cross Team, working 3 flexible days including weekends. Our distinctive shop at Coal Drops Yard opened in October 2018, offering a unique retail experience that combines modern design with the site’s historic character. Designed by Heatherwick Studio, the space seamlessly blends Victorian architecture with contemporary detailing.

What you’ll be doing

Deliver the Paul Smith sales ceremony: greet, discover, propose, close, and follow up.

Build authentic relationships through curiosity and attentive listening.

Bring collections and collaborations to life through engaging storytelling.

Create memorable, above\-and\-beyond experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business.

Meet and exceed personal sales targets, contributing to overall store performance.

Take ownership of stock processes, including deliveries, transfers, and returns.

Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards and housekeeping.

Use in\-store technology confidently to enhance the client journey.
