Part Time Receptionist
Location: Bristol, BS34
Hours: 25 hours per week (Tuesday-Thursday preferred)
Contract Type: Temporary
Salary: £25,000-£27,000 per annum (pro rata)
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Part-Time Administrator to provide temporary support across key business functions, primarily within Commercial and Reception. This role is ideal for an experienced administrator who is comfortable handling a varied workload and can step in promptly to support day-to-day operations.
There is potential for the working days and hours to increase in the future, depending on business needs.
Key Responsibilities • Providing general administrative support, including office and reception duties
- Managing invoicing, credit notes, and maintaining accurate data records
- Supporting internal teams with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Liaising professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal management
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and visitors
- Assisting with documentation, reports, and presentations as required
- Confidence with invoicing, crediting, and data management
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint
- Experience working with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Calm, professional, and proactive approach to work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Ideally Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
- Flexibility to increase hours and days over time
