Tasks
You will be the primary point of responsibility for guaranteeing that our guests consistently receive exceptional service experience during their visits. Additionally, your duties will include:
- Managing the check\-in and check\-out process for hotel guests.
- Assisting business, groups and leisure guests.
- Engaging in upselling and promoting additional sales.
- Ensuring overall guest satisfaction.
- Handling phone calls.
- Processing cash transactions.
We are looking for candidates with experience in the industry, ideally from a hotel reception or bookings department.
You should possess the ability to maintain composure and clarity in busy situations. Your work is characterized by attention to detail and a strong presence, enabling you to contribute to a positive experience for our guests.
Teamwork across all departments is essential, and your proficiency in English and IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and PMS Opera, is preferred.
Additional information
This position offers an average of 10 hours per week, with shifts mainly scheduled every other weekend, making it an ideal opportunity for students or anyone seeking a flexible part\-time role alongside other commitments.
