What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting clinicians during a wide range of dental procedures, including dental implant placement and restoration, as well as general dental treatments.
- Delivering exceptional patient care by providing reassurance, support, and clear communication throughout treatment journeys.
- Preparing surgeries and ensuring all instruments, materials, and equipment are available, sterile, and ready for use.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and supporting the efficient running of appointment schedules.
- Ensuring the clinical environment remains clean, organised, and fully compliant with infection control and health and safety standards.
- Supporting instrument decontamination and sterilisation processes.
- Providing patients with oral health advice and post\-treatment care instructions.
- Assisting with stock management and maintaining adequate clinical supplies.
- Participating in ongoing professional development and keeping up to date with the latest advancements in dentistry and implantology.
What We're Looking For
- A caring and compassionate approach to patient care.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous dental nursing experience and a recognised dental nursing qualification.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence using IT systems for patient management and record keeping.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a supportive team.
- A genuine enthusiasm for learning and developing within modern dentistry.
