Part-time Primary Teacher
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Teacher to join our team at our primary school. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate teacher looking for a flexible working pattern while making a meaningful impact on pupils’ learning and development.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons across the national curriculum, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistency and continuity for pupils.
Location: Nelson
Salary: £110 - £160 per day until AWR is addressed then paid in line with M-Scale of the role.
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Part-time (flexible 3 days to job share)

We are looking for someone who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has experience teaching primary school aged children
- Demonstrates strong classroom management skills
- Is adaptable and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Is committed to providing high-quality education for all pupils

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
