We’re expanding and looking for a Part\-Time Personal Trainer / Performance Coach to join our team in Cork, someone who brings energy, cares about people, and wants to develop inside a professional coaching environment.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to coach part\-time now, with the potential to grow into a bigger role over time.

Role Overview

As a coach at One Arena, you will:

Deliver Small Group Personal Training sessions
Coach high\-quality strength and conditioning sessions
Support members on the gym floor
Help onboard and welcome new members
Build strong relationships with our community
Support goal reviews and progress check\-ins
Contribute to coaching standards and team culture
Help create a professional, positive training environment

Hours will be part\-time and may include mornings, evenings, and some Saturdays.

Who This Is For

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Hold a Level 3 Personal Training qualification, or equivalent
Have coaching experience, or strong potential and a willingness to learn
Bring energy, confidence, and care to your coaching
Enjoy strength training and small group coaching
Communicate well with people
Want to develop as a coach, not just deliver sessions
Are based in, or able to work in, Cork
Have some Saturday availability

Experience in Small Group Personal Training is a plus, but not essential. The right attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are just as important.
