Part time Lettings Consultant/Property Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and proactive Lettings Consultant/Property Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property lettings, maintaining excellent client relationships, and ensuring smooth operational processes. Responsibilities

• Managing the end\-to\-end lettings process, including advertising properties, organising viewings, and securing tenants


• Maintaining accurate records of property listings, tenant details, and contractual agreements using Yardi or similar property management software


• Conducting data entry and administrative tasks to support daily operations


• Providing outstanding customer service via phone and email, demonstrating professional phone etiquette at all times


• Upselling additional services or rental options to prospective tenants to maximise occupancy and revenue


• Coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with contractors to ensure properties are well\-maintained


• Assisting with tenancy renewals, inspections, and deposit returns in compliance with relevant legislation


• Organising viewings and meetings with prospective tenants and landlords in a professional manner

Experience

• Previous office experience or administrative background is highly desirable


• Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is preferred but not essential; training will be provided


• Proven experience in data entry and maintaining organised records within a busy environment


• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone and face\-to\-face


• Experience in upselling services or products within a customer\-focused role is advantageous


• Knowledge of the lettings process, tenancy legislation, or property management is beneficial but not mandatory

Pay: £19,000\.00\-£30,000\.00 per year
