Friendly and Growing Independent Financial Advisor based in Knaresborough is seeking a cheerful, self\-motivated and well organised administrator. Roll will be of particular interest to returnees looking for flexible employment following a career break.
It may also be of interest to experienced retirees looking to re enter the world of work on a flexible part time basis.
We will also consider less experience individuals looking to commence a career in financial services, but please bear in mind the role is part time 16 hours per week.
Job description
- Working closely with the owner and with existing Practice Manager
- Preparing client packs to a professional standard.
- Contacting clients to arrange annual review meetings
- Maintain accurate client records and updating internal systems.
- Liase with clients, providers and professional contacts by email and telephone.
- Gather client information from online providers and platforms.
- Helping to ensure that client reviews are completed accurately and on time.
- Carry out general office and administration duties as required.
- Flexible working hours with no fixed daily start or finish times.
- Approximately 16 hours per week, worked around your other commitments.

Essential:
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Previous experience in financial services administration.
- Experience working in a professional office environment.
- Familiarity with pensions, investments or financial planning processes.
- Experience of diary management and client relationship management systems.
