Part Time Diamonds Sales Jewelry Consultant - 3 days a week
Commins \& Co jewellers are looking for an experienced Diamond \& Jewellery Sales Consultant to join Dublin jewellers in Powerscourt Townhouse \- just off Grafton Street in Dublin 2\. Three days a week with one of the days being a Saturday \- 21 hours per week.
We specialise in engagement rings, wedding rings, and fine diamond jewellery, offering a personalised consultation experience to clients choosing some of the most meaningful jewellery they will ever buy.
This role is suited to someone with previous experience in jewellery retail, particularly working with diamond jewellery and engagement rings, who enjoys guiding customers through important purchases with confidence and expertise.
The team are extremely supportive and available to help you settle in and get used to how Commins \& Co works. We believe this method is more enjoyable for customers and easier for consultants than a retail store.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting consultations with clients
- Advising customers on diamond jewellery, engagement rings, and wedding rings
- Explaining diamond characteristics including cut, colour, clarity, and carat
- Helping clients choose ring styles, metals, and customisation options
- Managing customer enquiries and follow\-ups
- Processing orders and assisting with jewellers administration
- Maintaining a high standard of presentation within the jewellers
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in jewellery retail
- Experience selling diamond jewellery or engagement rings
- Strong customer service and consultation skills
- Professional, confident, and well presented
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Ability to build trust with clients making important purchases
