Part-Time Creative Retail Assistant

Overview

We are looking for a confident, stylish and friendly part\-time sales assistant to join our curated pop\-up in central London.

This is not a standard retail shop. The pop\-up brings together independent brands across fashion, accessories, lifestyle, bakery, drink and design. We are looking for someone who can help make the space feel warm, fun, welcoming and alive.

The ideal person will be fluent in English, confident speaking with customers, naturally sociable, and comfortable in a creative, design\-led environment. You should enjoy fashion, lifestyle brands, independent designers, pop\-up culture and talking to people.

A meal voucher will be provided for each day worked, and staff will also receive an employee discount on products.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the pop\-up and create a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.


• Talk confidently about the brands, products and pop\-up concept.


• Support customer sales, including helping customers choose products and answering basic questions.


• Keep the space tidy, beautiful and well\-presented throughout the day.


• Help with product displays and basic visual merchandising.


• Keep an eye on products and reduce the risk of theft or damage.


• Be proactive: if something looks messy, quiet, confusing or unattended, help fix it.

Who we are looking for

We would love to hear from someone who is:

• Fluent in spoken English.


• Confident, warm and good with customers.


• Stylish, presentable and comfortable representing a creative pop\-up.


• Interested in fashion, design, lifestyle, food/drink, independent brands or creative culture.


• Comfortable speaking to a wide range of customers and making people feel welcome.


• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently when needed.


• LGBTQ\+ friendly and comfortable in a diverse creative environment.


• Able to bring personality, energy and good taste into the space.

Retail, hospitality, events or brand ambassador experience would be helpful, but the most important things are confidence, reliability, personality and a genuine interest in the pop\-up.

Pay: £13\.50 per hour
