Job Overview
We’re two Manchester women building a premium wellness drinks brand from scratch and filming every single moment of it — and we need a content creator, filmmaker and social media native who can shoot, edit and tell a brand story across TikTok, YouTube and Instagram.
THYRSTY is a premium electrolyte water brand launching January 2027\. We’re documenting the entire journey through a mockumentary series, street interviews, run club activations and behind the scenes content. This is employee number one of something that’s going to be big.
Responsibilities
- Capture compelling photographs and videos that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience
- Edit and enhance visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Illustrator
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and creative concepts
- Maintain organised digital archives of all visual assets
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent aesthetic across platforms
- Stay updated on current trends in photography, videography, and digital media to keep content fresh and innovative
- Proven experience in photography and videography, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects; familiarity with Final Cut Pro is advantageous
- Skilled in video editing and colour grading techniques
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail and creative flair
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality
- A keen interest in digital media trends and continuous learning in visual storytelling techniques
Pay: £9,500\.00\-£12,000\.00 per year
