Rotherham | Flexible Part-Time Hours (Across 5 Days) | Up to £28,000 Pro Rata (Depending on Hours & Experience)

We're recruiting for a Commercial Office Administrator to join a friendly and supportive team based in Rotherham. The Role Working closely with the commercial and finance teams, you'll provide vital administrative support across sales, customer service, export documentation, office coordination and commercial processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing customer orders and maintaining accurate records

  • Preparing quotations and supporting the commercial team

  • Assisting with export and shipping documentation (training provided if required)

  • Responding to customer enquiries and providing exceptional service

  • Processing purchase orders and invoices

  • Updating internal databases and CRM systems

  • Preparing reports and KPI information

  • Coordinating travel arrangements and general office administration

  • Organising digital and physical filing systems as the business continues its digital transformation

  • Supporting various projects to improve efficiency and streamline processes


About You We're looking for someone who is proactive, organised and enjoys taking ownership of their work. You'll be happy working independently while also being part of a collaborative team.

Ideally you'll have:

  • Previous experience within an office administration or commercial support role

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office

  • Experience using Sage or another accounting package (desirable)

  • Confidence communicating with customers and colleagues

  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

  • A willingness to learn and embrace new challenges

Experience with export documentation would be advantageous, but full training can be provided.
