Part-Time Clinic Administrator/Receptionist Wanted in a Growing Clinic
We are seeking a friendly and professional part\-time Clinic Administrator/Receptionist to support our growing practice.
Role Overview:
· You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome during their visit.
· This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the smooth running of the clinic.
· The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a friendly demeanour, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy clinic environment.
· Regular hours each week, plus, the successful candidate will be required to cover for sick and annual leave.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and assist clients warmly and professionally in person, over the phone and email, providing exceptional customer service and handling inquiries
· Manage appointment bookings, coordinate client flow and maintain client records
· Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and processing correspondence
· Ensure clinic remains tidy, welcoming, and well\-stocked with necessary supplies
· Support clinic staff with various administrative duties to facilitate efficient operations
· Assist with billing and payment processing in accordance with clinic policies
Key Requirements:
· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
· Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
· Friendly, professional demeanour with a customer\-focused approach
· Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
· Computer literate with proficiency in basic office software
· Ability to multi\-task and thrive in a fast\-paced environment
· Resilient, open\-minded fast learner with a can\-do attitude and great working ethics
· Prior relevant experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for duties involved
