Aevum Wealth Management is a successful and growing financial planning practice based in Clifton, Bristol. We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and personable Administrator to join our friendly team and help deliver an outstanding service to our clients.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone seeking a flexible, part\-time role during daytime hours. We are happy to discuss the exact working pattern, although we anticipate around 20 hours per week, typically between 9:30am and 2:30pm across four or five days.

There may also be opportunities for hybrid working in the future following a successful probation period.

The Role

You will play a key role in supporting advisers and ensuring clients receive a first\-class experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and processing client documentation

  • Uploading and completing paperwork for annual reviews

  • Chasing clients and providers for information and documentation

  • Liaising with insurance companies, investment providers and clients

  • Managing client enquiries by telephone and email

  • Arranging appointments and managing adviser diaries

  • Sending correspondence by email and post

  • Maintaining accurate client records

  • Ordering office supplies and general office administration

  • Assisting with LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram updates

  • Supporting client engagement activities, including birthday cards and client communications
About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly, professional and confident when dealing with clients

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

  • Proactive and able to use their initiative

  • Comfortable working independently

  • Technically confident and quick to learn new systems

  • Reliable, trustworthy and enthusiastic
Skills \& Experience
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Confidence using technology and online systems

  • Social media experience would be an advantage

  • Financial services experience is helpful but not essential
