The Role
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Part\-Time Book\-keeper / Finance Administrator to join the Block Management part of the business, RBM.
The role will primarily focus on day\-to\-day bookkeeping, invoice processing and general finance administration, helping to support the whole Block Management team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Processing supplier invoices and ensuring they are accurately recorded
- Matching invoices to works completed and obtaining approvals where required
- Assisting with payment runs and maintaining financial records
- Reconciling accounts and investigating discrepancies
- Assisting with service charge and client account administration
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers and clients regarding invoices and payments
- Supporting Directors with financial reporting and administration
- Assisting with debt chasing and arrears management when required
- General office administration and support duties
- Taking occasional telephone calls and assisting customers where necessary
Property experience would be beneficial but is not essential. More importantly, you will have experience working with invoices, bookkeeping, finance administration or a similar role.

- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritise workloads and manage deadlines
- Professional and friendly manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred experience in one or more of the following:
- Bookkeeping
- Finance Administration
- Purchase Ledger

- Accounts Administration
