Part-Time Assistant / Content & Artist Relations Coordinator
About The Role
The Setlist Society is looking for a passionate music fan to help support and grow our platform and community.
This is a flexible, ideally suited to someone looking to gain experience within the live music and content space, build industry connections, and be part of an exciting growing project.
The role would involve just a few hours per week initially, with opportunities for paid work and growth as the platform develops.
Responsibilities
Artist \& Industry Outreach
- Reaching out to artists, managers, agents, promoters, and venues
- Building relationships within the live music industry
- Helping secure event access and opportunities to source authentic setlists
- Creating and maintaining an organised contact database
- Tracking communications and opportunities
- Creating engaging and shareable social media content
- Supporting audience growth and community engagement
- Contributing ideas for creative campaigns and posts
- Passionate about music and live events
- Friendly and confident communicating professionally
- Organised and proactive
- Creative with social media and content ideas
- Reliable and able to work independently
Position Details
- Primarily voluntary role to start
- Small amount of paid support available initially
